Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zaaz platform and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Super Zaaz Collective LLC (“Zaaz,” “we,” “us”), a Washington limited liability company headquartered in Washington State. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Description of the Service
Zaaz is a creator intelligence platform that lets you:
- Connect your social media accounts through each platform’s official API: Instagram through Meta’s API, TikTok through TikTok’s developer API, and YouTube through YouTube API Services.
- View, analyze, and download performance and audience data for your connected accounts.
- Receive AI-driven insights, recommendations, and earned-media-value estimates personalized to you, including insights and materials that help you identify, win, and fairly price brand partnerships.
- Benchmark your performance against anonymized, aggregated trends from the broader member base.
By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.
2. Account registration
You must register with a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure and your account details current. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Authorized use of connected accounts
You represent that you have the legal authority to connect each social account you link to Zaaz. Access is granted through each platform’s official authorization process; we never receive or store your platform passwords. Our access to your connected accounts is read-only: we never post, comment, message, or change anything on your accounts. You can revoke access at any time through platform settings or your Zaaz account settings.
You can disconnect any platform at any time inside Zaaz, and you can also revoke Zaaz’s access from the platform’s own settings, for example the Google security settings page for YouTube. Either one stops collection; our Privacy Policy explains what we delete and when.
4. Data ownership
You retain ownership of your social media content and data. You grant Zaaz permission to store, retrieve, process, and analyze connected-account data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download your personal reports at any time.
Some connections are made through Phyllo, an approved data partner acting as our subprocessor. Phyllo processes connected-account data only on our instructions and under the same limits stated here, and deletes its copies when we delete ours.
5. User responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse the Service or interfere with its operation.
- Attempt to access data or accounts you do not own or control.
- Violate any applicable laws or the terms of any third-party platform (including Meta’s, TikTok’s, and YouTube’s terms).
6. Payment and subscriptions
- The Service is offered under a freemium model. Free and paid plans are available; functionality is consistent across tiers, but usage volume may vary by plan.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically unless cancelled.
- No pro-rated refunds are provided unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service and all related intellectual property are owned by Super Zaaz Collective LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute platform content except as expressly permitted.
8. Termination and suspension
- You may delete your account or cancel your subscription at any time through account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
- Upon termination, data deletion follows the timelines in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
